Frequently asked questions
How much does delivery help cost?
+
Rates depend on the delivery helper's level, which reflects their age, experience and how often they are re-booked. Every delivery helper's current rate is shown on their listing, so you can compare before you book.
What kinds of delivery can they help with?
+
Paper rounds, parcel delivery, leaflet drops, food delivery and home to home rounds are the most booked.
How do I find delivery helpers near me?
+
Search by location, read through profiles and reviews, then message the helpers you like before booking.
Can I set up a regular round?
+
Yes. Once you have found someone reliable you can make a block booking rather than arranging each round separately.
How does payment work?
+
Payment is handled through the platform rather than directly with the helper.
