I'm Monique! I'm currently a undergraduate english literature student! I have recently just finished my first year and looking forward to my second year! Having worked in many places before like cafes and libraries, I am very welcoming and talkative person who loves to get to know their customers and people in general, delivering great customer service each time! Through these experiences, I have also garnered more practical skills like using cash register, high attendance, using computers and other softwares and time management and multitasking. Moreover through my degree, I have become more eloquent in my writing and oral communication and has helped me become more precise and clear in my work and as an individual, always striving to make sure my work is as detailed and laid out properly.
