My first job was at Domino's where I mainly worked on the tills and phone taking orders, dealing with customer complaints, and serving customers face to face. I would also help with food preparation in the store when necessary. When I went to university I worked in a bar called Roxy Ballroom which required serving food and drinks to customers, taking orders, setting up a range of games, taking customers to the games and explaining how they work. This role also required me to take bookings, check-in customers on the system, monitor the games (including asking team members to remind people when their games finished), this required management skills, organisation, and team work skills. I have also worked at Wingstop Trafford Centre which was a similar role to when I worked at Domino's. Finally, I have worked for a company called Host Staffing where I have partaken in a wide range of hospitality roles such as serving drinks at a festival, serving food at law firm events, serving sweets and snacks at concerts, clearing up plates and serving food and drink at cricket matches, and in VIP and club level boxes at football matches. I find it very easy to get along with new people that I meet at these jobs, and find it very important to support each other throughout the shift.
