I am a native speaker in Spanish as I grew up in a Colombian household. In October I will start attending the University of Oxford to study a BA in French and Spanish. I am offering tuition mainly in languages from beginner level up to A level proficiency, But also support in GCSE maths or A level and GCSE drama, help with personal statements and university UCAS applications.

I’d like to offer GCSE tutoring for Maths, Music, English Literature and Triple Science. I recently finished my GCSEs and I've still got my textbooks. I'd also like to offer lessons for violin and saxophone as well as tutorials on the iOS Garageband app. My qualifications are a diploma on violin with 11 years of experience and grade 8 qualification on the alto saxophone (started when I was in year 7). I am offering 1:1 mentoring for students applying for medicine at UK universities. This can involve personal statement advice, BMAT and UCAT tutoring, interview practice and anything else that you might find useful. For each client, the programme will be tailored to their individual needs and can consist of one-off or regular sessions depending on the nature of the help needed. As a recent medicine applicant (the 2021 UCAS cycle) and having successfully completed a year of study at Oxford, I am confident that the knowledge I can pass on will help applicants give themselves the best chance at securing a place to study medicine in what is an increasingly competitive application process. I sat both the BMAT and UCAT admissions tests, scoring in the 5th percentile in both and with full marks in the BMAT problem solving section. Having interviewed at three universities and being made two offers, my experiences with both success and failure have allowed me to reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of my application, giving me insight that I would love to pass on. Please get in touch if application mentoring is something you think you would benefit from!
