WE'RE CREATING A FINANCIALLY EMPOWERED GEN Z
Helping young people Earn, Save and Learn
Our award-winning platform connects young people aged 13 to 24 with paid opportunities to earn, save and learn about money in an engaging and supportive environment.
Our purpose
At a time when opportunities for young people to gain financial independence and employability skills are more important than ever, we strive to fill that gap.
We connect teens and young adults with families and small businesses to offer their skills in tutoring, music coaching, photography, social media, babysitting and more - all while getting paid for their skills.
More than just a way to earn some extra money, MyPocketSkill is dedicated to financial education equipping our young community with the tools and behavioural nudges to gently encourage positive money habits.
Our vision is a society where all people, regardless of age or background, feel empowered to take control of their financial futures. Together, through opportunity and education, we can inspire the next generation to reach their fullest potential.

Our Earn, Save, Learn solution
Our unique, engaging Earn.Save.Learn approach based on behavioural science aims to improve the financial capability and employability of our young people. When it comes to financial education, our evidence published by the Money and Pensions Service shows that hands-on, real-life experiences with money help create the better outcomes required.

"Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves.” The first bit of financial advice we hear. And for many? The last bit of financial advice we ever get.
Young people are leaving school without a basic grasp of money management - and then blamed when they find themselves winging it the week after payday.
How can they ever hope to prosper when one of the most crucial aspects of future success has to be learnt on the fly?
Our platform is for everything you aren’t given by the curriculum. A marriage between real world opportunities and financial education, where you can earn, save and learn.
A platform for young people now to make the first investment in themselves.
MyPocketSkill - tomorrow’s foundations, built today.
