BBC selects MyPocketSkill to recruit participants for user research

MyPocketSkill has been selected as a BBC framework provider to recruit participants for BBC user research.  This includes recruitment for qualitative and quantitative research, user testing and insights.

MyPocketSkill’s growing research capabilities will provide the BBC and other clients with access to insights through focus groups and surveys.  This will be supported by an end-to end project managed solution which includes pre-screening, candidate selection, survey generation and incentive payments.

BBC Design Research

BBC User Experience and Design department works with external suppliers to identify, recruit, and provide  participants for a range of design research methodologies.   MyPocketSkill will support this work across the BBC’s product portfolio including News, Sport, Weather, Children’s, Bitesize, Sounds, iPlayer, Homepage, Content Discovery, Live experiences, BBC Account, Participation, Emerging propositions.
