Hello! I am Daniel Price I am 18 years old and am currently in upper sixth studying Business Studies, History, and Food and Nutrition for A-Level. A little bit more about me- I love playing guitar and I play rhythm guitar for an indie band called Tyred Ping Pong and I love to surf which is great because I live by the Sea. I am a Sargeant as part of Royal Air Force Air Cadets and am a highly distinguished master cadet with a number of qualifications from leadership, to radio communications, to cyber security to heart start. Since I was young I loved watching dragons den with my mum which sparked a passion for all things business and technology. In 2019 at the age of 15, I built a mobile app which I entered into a national competition which I came first in and I won an all-expenses-paid trip to the Silicon Valley in San Francisco to meet and talk with the most influential people and companies in the tech industry including Instagram, Facebook, and Google! I am fascinated by the evolving world of social media that I have grown up in and the power of content creation and creators on platforms such as youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, and more. I have experience doing freelance work in growing brands on social media with some gaining well over 10,000 followers within a month. My greatest skill within this field is my knowledge of social hacking, which is a term adopted by the tech giants I have visited. Social hacking refers to the skill of being able to identify growing trends and being able to adapt your content to either grow in or maintain relevance which is something I have focused on fostering and placed great importance on in my work.
