Hi, We’d like to commission a short video for our website and social channels that captures our maintenance team in action — showcasing the professionalism, pride, and polish they bring to every job. We’re looking to highlight: • Our fully branded vans • The care and attention our operatives bring to site maintenance • The human side of our team — warm, capable, and community-minded Location suggestion: Reading, RG1 5RF Narrative flow / shot ideas: • Lukasz (one of our operatives — very charismatic!) driving into the site • Lukasz standing in front of the van, introducing himself and answering one or two questions about the role: o “What’s the most satisfying part of your job?” o “What’s one thing people don’t realise about maintenance work?” o “What’s your favourite site to work on — and why?” • Opening the van, getting tools out • A close-up of Lukasz putting on gloves or safety equipment to professionalism and readiness • Lukasz doing a quick visual inspection of the site • Unlocking a garage, and carrying out door repairs – a short moment where he explains what tool he’s using and why — adds credibility and a touch of education • Leaf blowing and applying weedkiller across the site - maybe explaining how they choose products that are safe for tenants and the environment o “We want the site to look good — and stay safe.” • Handing over to a “tenant” (played by one of our team), demonstrating the door now working smoothly, explaining what he’s done, or checking they’re happy with the repair • Outro: Lukasz locking up the garage, giving a thumbs-up to camera saying something like “It’s all about leaving it better than we found it.” We’re aiming for something short, engaging, and visually polished — ideally 60–90 seconds. It should feel authentic and warm, with a clear sense of pride in the work and the team. Let me know if this sounds feasible and what you’d need from us to get started — happy to coordinate timings, permissions, and any prep you need.
